A Note from the Founder

FeedbackAI was started to address a real operational challenge in the agriculture and construction equipment industries — the lack of structured communication and usable data around equipment breakdowns, service coordination, and operational readiness.

The goal of the platform is simple: build better tools that help operators, dealerships, and manufacturers communicate and solve mechanical problems more effectively.

As the company grows, I am focused on building a small, highly capable team that prioritizes clear objectives, strong communication, and practical execution. This is not a large corporate environment — it is a mission-driven group of professionals working together to build meaningful technology.
